I love how friendly the staff were, the girl at the desk gave my son and his friend and sister a treat as i mentioned it was his bday ...i love how clean and comfortable our room was , kids was happy to see the bag of treats (water/chocolate bar/chips) and they mostly enjoyed the swimming pool and slide, breakfast was great and coffee and tea are 24/7 available

The pool, water slide, and spa were amazing. The temperature was perfect in the water and the waterslide looked well-maintained. We also used the exercise room and everything we used in that room worked adequately. The breakfast was great with vegan options.

Cleanest hotel ever. Spotless everywhere you look. The breakfast area is just absolutely amazing. So many option and very well displayed.

Nice room, good selection for breakfast. Gym had good selection of treadmills, ellipticals and bikes. Also weights and universal gym.

it’s very new, spacious and modern. it was very bright and clean. It was our first overnight trip with our baby, and I was pretty stressed about it, but I was contacted by email after my booking about any special requests I might need, as well as a very warm greeting from the front desk agents when we arrived- the extra care and understanding really set the trip up for success. kudos to your customer service- it’s worth passing a pat on the back to those employees!
